Samaria Gorge Crete

Samaria Gorge is a national park in Crete, Greece, and one of the longest gorges in Europe. It is located in the White Mountains range and stretches for 16 kilometers. The gorge is famous for its dramatic scenery and the beautiful Iron Gates narrow section. The hike from Omalos to the coastal village of Agia Roumeli takes about 5-7 hours and is a popular activity for nature lovers and hikers.
